Community Profile

The Coronal Research Foundation, centered in Colorado, is a charitable organization devoted to psychological research and aiding America's troubled youths. Across the 48 contiguous states, the CRF is a proud sponsor of 17 institutions for the psychologically troubled, 34 private clinics, and 68 runaway shelters. The cases most in need of our assistance are referred or redirected to our facilities north of Denver, where they undergo extensive treatment and therapy, a program that often takes several years to complete but produces happy, productive individuals who have no trouble fitting in with the rest of society.

The Brain Trust, as we call it, culls kids like us- psionics- from the runaways and the crazies they constantly sift through in search of Talent. Those unlucky enough to fall into their hands wind up locked up in some bloody isolated mountain complex somewhere in Colorado. Four wings, with the North Wing divided into ten wards -- each ward with maybe a hundred or more kids split up between four floors. They're ambitious, but as of now the wings are mostly empty, and the training facilities are manned with staff that don't understand what we're doing any more than most of us do. The training itself depends on our abilities. Some learn to bend minds, some to spy. Some to kill.
